Our phone chains and jewelry being made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If your piece(s) arrives broken/defected please contact us the same day of delivery and provide us with the following: 

1. Order number
2. Description of the issue
3. Photos of issue

If you want to cancel your order, please reach us at hello@amoretparis.com within 5 hours of your order placement. After 5 hours, we can’t guarantee cancellation as the order might have already been proceeded.
